The Farm of Peace is
a 150 acre farm in the gently rolling hills of south-central
Pennsylvania, only a few miles from Hancock, Md. and Berkeley Springs,
WV.
The majority of the farmland is hayfields. We have a small flock
of sheep grazing in two fenced pastures, a small fruit orchard, a flock
of laying hens, and sometimes we have pastured broiler chickens.
Our CSA garden provides naturally grown garden produce every week from
June - September by subscription (see GARDEN tab for details).
The Farm also serves as a retreat center and hosts events for the Shadhiliyya Sufi Center East, an area Sufi community (see www.suficentereast.org for more info).
We welcome visitors from all over the country to experience the peace we have found here.
This is a nice older view of the farmhouse (before we painted it blue).
